Guest guest Posted February 5, 2004 Report Share Posted February 5, 2004 We use Boca's Smoked Sausages in our Jumbalaya. Really gives it that traditional Cajun (sausagey) aspect. We love this meal with a side of beans (of course) and some type of greens.
