Vegetarian Jumbalaya

We use Boca's Smoked Sausages in our Jumbalaya. Really gives it that

traditional Cajun (sausagey) aspect. We love this meal with a side of

beans (of course) and some type of greens. It's great as a " Wow, I

can't believe this is a vegetarian meal " when serving meat-eaters.
