Onion Potato Wedges

 

Ingredients:

4 Large baking potatos

1 Packet onion soup mix

Cooking oil

 

Instructions:

Slice baking potatos into wedges and dip or otherwise coat with cooking

oil.

Empty onion soup mix into a large zip lock bag or a large bowl.

Add wedges to bag or bowl and coat them with onion soup mix.

Arrange wedges on a cookie sheet and salt and pepper them to your

liking.

Bake in oven preheated to 375° for 45 minutes to an hour or untill

done.
