Guest guest
My boyfriend, a meat eater, specifically asked that this be one of the things I cook this week. I've used russet potatoes in this before. I also sometimes add 8-10 whole garlic cloves to the boiling potatoes. Take the MasterCook nutritional info with a grain of salt. I find them to be off sometimes.
