I've been ovo-lacto since with brief vegan attempts along the way. I cook a lot and will share recipes from time to time. I just got a pressure cooker this weekend and ordered Lorna Sass' book Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure. We'll see how that goes. I'm drooling at the idea of 10 minute, no stir risotto. Luckily, I live in a major metropolitan area, Atlanta, so any ethnic ingredients I need are readily available. But the magic of the internet makes it easier and easier for cooks everywhere.
