dinner last night

I went out to a local brew pub for dinner last night

and had a very delicious sandwich.

It was made on a peasant bread, with soft goat cheese,

sauted green and red peppers, grilled slices of eggplant,

and a pesto sauce. They also served a side of some creamy

ranch-like dressing to spread on it if you wanted to.
