Thanks Dave. :)

I ended up finding those veggie slices you spoke of.

They do contain a bit of a milk bi-product (casein), but are

mostly made of soy milk. I purchased the pepper jack

flavor.

The serving size on the package states it is

1 and 1/2 of a wrapped slice. It is only 60

calories per serving. 3g fat, (saturated fat 0g,

monosat fat 2g, polyunsat fat 1g), cholesterol 0mg,

sodium 390mg, total carb 1g, dietary fiber 0g,

sugars 0g, lactose 0g, protein 6g. It has quite a

few vitamins, too; looks to be a good source of

vitamins B6 and B12.

For anyone interested in this product you can

I am going to keep my eyes open for that soymage

Parmesan cheese you mentioned; didn't happen to

see it in the Safeway store I was in today, but it might

still be found in a place like Fred Meyer or Market of

Choice, both of which cater more to the vegetarian-healthy

food demographic.
