How strict and planned should the diet be? > hi marko-- you don't really need to count anything-- i certainly don't! just make sure that all your meals have some complex carbs, some protein, and a little fat, and you should be fine. include lots of fruits and veggies of as many different colours as you can find, too. different colours = different nutrients, and the brighter the colour, the more rich in nutrients the food will be. you might want to take a multivitamin/mineral supplement with food just to make sure you've got everything covered. it's a very good practice to read labels on foods that come in packages. that way you know what you are putting in your body. i usually tell people not to eat anything they don't recognize the ingredients of. hope this helps!! melody http://www.melodysmusic.net
