Guest guest
Thank you! I will certainly look for this next shopping trip. I am seriously getting ready to go ovo-veg (currently lacto-ovo). I doubt I will be super strict, as eating out is a toughie and also I might not avoid items that have certain milk bi-products in them. But I am really trying to avoid the dairy as much as I can. ~ pt ~ A man may learn wisdom even from a foe. ~ Aristophanes ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~> , " dave " <dave4sale> wrote: > Nope, Soymage is a different company and I don't think there's any > nutritional yeast, its made out of soy. Guest guest
PT, You might also want to look out for " Veggie Slices " soy cheese, I can't remember the brand name but they are in a green wrapper. Technically they aren't dairy-free because they have casein but since there's no milk fat they are healthier than regular cheese. Before I went vegan I really liked these, they taste just like kraft singles. , " Feral " <terebinthus> wrote: > Thank you! I will certainly look for this next > shopping trip.
