Thank you! I will certainly look for this next

shopping trip. I am seriously getting ready to go

ovo-veg (currently lacto-ovo). I doubt I will be super

strict, as eating out is a toughie and also I might not

avoid items that have certain milk bi-products in them.

But I am really trying to avoid the dairy as much as

I can.

PT,

You might also want to look out for " Veggie Slices " soy cheese, I

can't remember the brand name but they are in a green wrapper.

Technically they aren't dairy-free because they have casein but since

there's no milk fat they are healthier than regular cheese. Before I

went vegan I really liked these, they taste just like kraft singles.
