Splenda is a great sugar. My whole family loves it. I do not use sugar

anymore I only use splenda! My husband has lost almost 200 lbs and I

have lost over 50 lbs using it instead of sugar.

 

Yes they do have a liquid smoke. I actually use it for veggies when I do

the grill in the summer or on some recipes. The liquid smoke I have is

in a tall square like bottle. I do not use it alot.

 

The Kitchen Bouquet is great for adding mashed potatoes for flavor and

color. It is in a brown bottle with a yellow label.
