Guest guest
to " I-Tal " happilyvegan I have been in touch with the owner of the list you are trying to join, without of course naming you or anyone else ;=) She tells me that prospective members are asked to give a short bio - a paragraph telling about themselves and the animals for which they are guardians - before being approved for membership. (This isn't unusual - I have been a member of a good many lists which require a much more thorough vetting process.) Many people forget to do this and hence are not approved for membership. Why not try again? Also, a cautionary note: this particular list is for people who wish to feed their companion animals vegan/vegetarian food or are already doing so. In keeping with many vegan/vegetarian lists, discussion in detail of me*t, including that you are currently feeding or were feeding your companion animal, is not permitted because of offense to members - all posts, even of old members, are moderated. That said, I continue to recommend this list highly. Best luck, Pat > > Thank you for the advice ) > I have sent a request to join that list before christmas, but my > membership is still pending.
