Guest guest Posted January 8, 2004 Report Share Posted January 8, 2004 I am very behind on my mail but i noticed a recipe for trail mix that someone posted, I just wanted to ass that I usually add some toasted soy beans in mine, I've been doing this for years... much longer than I've been a vegetarian.
