McRate the McVeggie

I was given (and consumed) a McVeggie Burger last night and I thought

I would share my results with yall.

This sucker had 3 flimsy pickle slices, 1 flimsy tomato slice, 1

wilted sorta green lettuce slice and a dose of bbq sauce (ok nothing

usual here so far).

Now for those of you who don't want to eat anything that looks like

meat then this thing is not for you. It is a grey pattie (no colorful

veggie bits of orange and green...just greyyyyyyyyy). However, If I

remember correctly the pattie is bigger than a normal burger pattie

(to my surprise). I tried the pattie by itself first and was also

surprised that it had a smoky taste to it. I did like the fact that

the patties seemed heartier than some store bought patties.

Anywho, by itself I found the veggie burger rather dull and dry. I

ended up adding mustard and jalp slices (perhaps a slice of the cheese

of your choice as well). I haven't had the bk veggie in quite awhile

but I do know for sure that it was better (sorry Dave4) and there were

more toppings and they looked fresher...(perhaps they use a better

bleach or -trite spray, lol).

Oh well...yall may want to pass it up but if yer in a hurry it is an

alternative to some. I'd get it (depending on the cost)if I was going

to spruce it up a bunch, however a homemade version is soooooo much

better than that was (and worth the lil effort)...no doubt!!

**adding FastFoodNation to my list**,

S. (Yall have a good weekender)

ps...i don't know how it was cooked but have a pretty good assumption.
