Guest guest
Yes, I know the curry plant. Curry leaves are often used in Indian cooking and I keep a package of dried ones in for that purpose. Like all/most dried herbs, they're not as nice as the fresh ones. Last year (or was it the year before?) I bought a curry plant to grow on my window sill, but it didn't like the atmosphere indoors. It never flourished, but I used its leaves until finally, once after we were away, I came home to a few dried ones. I still think they are nicer than the commercially grown ones ;=) If you have a balcony or a garden, you might have good luck with them. Worth trying, certainly.
