Yep, Gorillas *are* completely vegetarian. Unfortunately, though,

humans' closest genetic cousins are Chimpanzees (with something like

a 98.6% to 99.4% similarity in DNA), which are NOT vegetarian. Kind

of tells us something about our origins as the human race, eh?

Fortunately, we can make the conscious choice to become vegetarians

and have some concept about how our choices impact our health and

environment.

*groan* So true. Even a hoax on Christmas Eve, that the turkey my

husband bought at Safeway may have been injected with arsenic by an

animal-rights group (an act I do NOT condone, BTW), *STILL* did not

keep him from cooking and eating the darn thing!! Oh well, as long as

he doesn't do it too often so he keeps his arsenic levels low...

Beware of any woman who wants to change you, Dave! Been there, mostly

failed at that (hence, the toxic turkey)...lol
