Guest guest Posted December 23, 2003 Report Share Posted December 23, 2003 Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls 2 cups peanut butter 4 sticks of butter or oleo 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 pounds powdered sugar 1 or 2 packages of almond bark Mix peanut butter, oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar until well blended. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet and put in the refrigerator until firm. Heat almond bark in double boiler on medium low until melted.
