Guest guest Posted December 18, 2003 Report Share Posted December 18, 2003 BAILEY'S Irish Cream Truffles 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup Heavy cream 1 Tbsp Sweet Butter 2 Egg yolks 1/4 cup BAILEY'S Irish Cream powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts or sprinkles for coating In saucepan, combine chocolate, irish cream and heavy cream. Heat over very LOW heat. Whisk in egg yolks, 1 at a time. Whisk in butter. Chill overnight, or until firm. Shape by teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in desired coating.
