Guest guest
Sticking secret meat in food is pretty freaky. This isn?t true because > 1. If you?re doing this vegan/vegetarian thing for health, then a > little bit won?t hurt you (excluding allergies) once in a blue moon. You can get very sick from eating meat. I did. You can be allergic to something and not know it. I get a rash on my hand when an unknown thing touches it (I have deduced that it is a food I don?t eat, that is on dirty dishes in the restaurant where I work, since I don?t have food allergies I know of specifically: probably shrimp). > 3. If you?re doing this vegan/vegetarian thing for religious > reasons, then as long as you don?t know about it you won?t/can?t get > upset and worry about burning in hell. You can be religious and not believe in the idea of hell. Eating things with nerves, brains, eyes, and/or other body parts could cause you profound psychological harm. Don?t trust people giving you food except knowledgeable and trustworthy close friends. There are a lot of malicious and ignorant and stupid people and you don?t know who all of them are. Fortunately, there are a lot of caring people out there too ;=) That's what keeps us all going, knowing that - and smiling. Fortunately, I am not allergic to much just to touch it - that must be very difficult for you :=( - but I do tend to want to upchuck at the thought/smell/taste/sight of some foods. Maybe if we could all learn to do that at will it would cure a few people. Where's Linda Blair when we need her! *lol* And on that very immature thought I will close.
