Guest guest Posted December 14, 2003 Report Share Posted December 14, 2003 Peanut Butter Fudge 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 (6 oz) pkgs white chocolate, chopped 3/4 cup peanuts, chopped 1 tsp vanilla Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Butter foil; set aside. In saucepan, combine milk and peanut butter. Heat over MEDIUM heat until just bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until smooth. Immediately stir in peanuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Cool. Cover. Chill for 2 hours, or until firm. Use foil to lift candy out of pan.
