Guest guest
I recently tried a good tofu dish from Wild Oats myself, and you're right, their texture was just wonderful. They press it prior to cooking, I know that. Maybe they freeze it first, too, which helps. Guest guest
I have noticed that when I cook fried rice that the tofu usually ends up being basiacally blended in with the rice and veggies....too bad there isn't an asian market anywhere near here....would definitely be worth the try.
