I am one person and my dh is one person and that means meals >for two ;=( That's okay. I think most of the recipes are easy enough to adapt and if you aren't big on the math of fractions then you could portion out and freeze single or double size servings. >What kinda cuisine - adaptations of general >English/Scottish/Welsh/Irish >cooking for the vegetarian - or is it a mix of ethnic veg cooking? Just >wondering. Always on the look-out for something great and new! ;=) They seem like pretty basic and delicious recipes. They do mention that they all enjoy the use of chilies. One thing I really like are the recipes for uncheeses and also how they describe the making of gluten; they make all their own " cheese and meat " and all the recipes are vegan. I want to try making some of them, but as I said in a previous post to Suzanne, I don't know if I am quite up to the challenge of making gluten. One thing I didn't like about the cookbook is that the recipes lack a bit in telling how many people they serve or anything about the yield. Sort of pesky that missing detail. I will just have to try them and see what happens, I guess. ~ PT ~ He that waits upon fortune is never sure of a dinner. ~ Benjamin Franklin
