That's okay. I think most of the recipes are easy enough to

adapt and if you aren't big on the math of fractions then

you could portion out and freeze single or double size servings.

They seem like pretty basic and delicious recipes.

They do mention that they all enjoy the use of chilies.

One thing I really like are the recipes for uncheeses and also

how they describe the making of gluten; they make all their

own " cheese and meat " and all the recipes are vegan.

I want to try making some of them, but as I said in a previous

post to Suzanne, I don't know if I am quite up to the challenge

of making gluten.

 

One thing I didn't like about the cookbook is that the recipes

lack a bit in telling how many people they serve or anything

about the yield. Sort of pesky that missing detail. I will just

have to try them and see what happens, I guess.
