Hey Feral, I was the one that recommended the book...I promise you wont be disappointed! There isn't a bad recipe in it (OK of the ones out of the 1400 that we tried so far!). I can't even imagine the amount of work they put into it. I know the book is pricy but because I am so in love with it and can see it falling apart in the not so distant future...I may invest in the hardbound. And I agree about the monks....LOL!
