Hey Feral, Thanks for the recommendation. I'd like to throw one out there too (it being holiday season and all...). I recently purchased " Gaia's Kitchen, " written by the chef and " friends " at Schumaker College in Devonshire, UK. It's AMAZING. They also have amounts listed to make regular portions (serves 6-8) and larger " institutional " portions (serves 30-40). It's all vegetarian and the recipes are not only tasty but very well explained and outlined. No pictures of beards in it though... Maybe I'll have to draw some in *lol!
