Guest guest
My friend Dan's life partner has Cerebral Palsey. She eats almost literally only meat. She weighs between 60 - 80 lbs. She is continually ill. It's obvious to me that she's in ketosis most of the time. However, she assiduously avoids any and all carbs on some theory that it'll make her ill. What we do to ourselves is often worse than what they do to us. This myth of meat being the only source of complete protein is only one of many bigotries at work. Education and experience should change things, but it's very slow.
