Yes again! I recently quit a list out of complete frustration

b/c some bloke kept insisting upon this myth that meat is the

only source of complete amino acid; he kept stating that no

way vegans could be healthy without special suppliments

and a lacto-ovo would be lucky to stay healthy for long.

This myth needs squashed. TOFU! That is a perfect source of all

of the essential amino acids and it is vegan.

right right.. and even if you can manage to convince meat-eaters that

tofu is an excellent vegan source of protein then they will insist it

all tofu and soy products are horrible (because they tried plain, raw

tofu once).
