this diet (along with most of the others being sold out there) is total

bogus. your blood type has very little, if anything, to do with what your body

needs to consume. there is NO scientific proof of ANYTHING on that diet plan.

you could write a book about eating right for your hair colour, too, and if

people think it will make them lose weight instantly, poof-- you're a

millionaire. (and hey-- that one was my idea, so i get a percentage if you go

with

it! )

I totally agree, we can not classify people in just 3 groups. What is

appliable for some people will not be for others even in the same group.

 

This book not only talk about diet but also about certains aspects of

life style and it is clear that the autor give quite a lot of easy

answers. We could compare his guidance to fortune tallers for

instance. A smart person would always find something to say to content

the pigeon who ask for his fortune and psychology is more essential in

this case.

I am of A+ type and I did recognised lots of similitudes between his

description and the way I live. I also know people who live like me

and are not of the same blod type. He just give heathy tips which

would correspond to any type. I think everyone can recognise himself

in his descriptions, and also recognise someone else of the wrong type

as well.
