COOKBOOK Recommendation....Fake/Mock Meats

OKay since we are talking about fake meats again!!!.....I had to bring this

up....this *new* cookbook I have....EXCELLENT!!!! I can't say enough about

it....so I am putting the link for Amazon.com so you guys can read the reviews

for yourself. It has all sorts of things (un-turkey, un-chicken, un-beef,

un-fish...you name it!) I own literally hundreds of cookbooks ...and this is my

latest and possibly my last favorite!! By the way even though it says

vegetarian....I think all the recipes are vegan....it's just amazing how much

like

meat the recipes come out. Gives me back childhood memories without " the

slaughter factor " !
