Greetings, fellow dudes!

I just discovered this recipe and: heaven, I'm in

heaven...sing along!

This dish is butt-cheap and if it wasn't for the

cheese it would be virtually fatfree. Woohooo, heaven,

I'm in heaven. Singin' along yet? ;) Also it is really

easy to make and it takes like zero seconds to make.

Potato pot

500 grams of Potato

½ Liter of vegetable broth

1 red or yellow peppar

½ squash

1 red onion

1 deciliter of cheese (can easily be left out for the

vegan dudes)

salt'n'peppar

paprika (the spice, dont know what you call it in

english)

and gurkemeje for the colours sake! I have no clue

what gurkemeje is called in English. It makes it

yellowish. NO it is not safran.

Anyhoo,

You peel the potatoes (duh), cut them in squares and

boil them in the broth for around 15 minutes.

While they boil you cut the peppar into squares, the

sqush into small squares and the red onion into small

boats. After the 15 minutes of boiling potatoes you

then add that stuff you just cutted. Or cut, whatever

is gramatically correct. That boils for 5 minutes.

Then you add the cheese and watch it melt.

And then you eat.

Well, you probably like put it on a plate first...

Yum yum, bon appetite and stuff.

This sounds delicious! Thanks Pernille.

I think that spice you were wondering about

the translation to english is likely

either tumeric or a yellow curry? mmmmm.

Paprika is paprika in english.:)
