Serves 1 125g (4 oz) self-raising flour Pinch salt Water to mix 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 Place the flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in centre and add 3 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix together to make a firm dough. 2 Shape the mixture into a ball and then flatten or roll out to fit a small frying pan. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry the pizza base for about 5 minutes until golden brown. 3 Flip over and cook the other side for 5 minutes, slide onto a plate and serve with a topping of your choice, e.g. a fried egg and halved tomato. Alternatively, cover the uncooked top with a cheesy mixture and place under a hot grill for 5 minutes until bubbling and golden. Eat immediately. Jinnie the Perky Goth, 2nd Lt.
