Glazed Nuts

 

Ingredients:

1 Tbs. safflower oil

1 Tbs. minced fresh garlic

3 cups nuts

soy sauce, to taste

sugar, to taste

cracked pepper, to taste

 

Preparation:

Heat oil in large, nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Saute garlic

until golden. Reduce heat to medium and stir in nuts. Toast and stir for

five minutes. Drizzle soy sauce over nuts. Sprinkle sugar and pepper

over nuts, stirring to coat until sugar melts.
