Guest guest Posted November 22, 2003 Report Share Posted November 22, 2003 Glazed Nuts Ingredients: 1 Tbs. safflower oil 1 Tbs. minced fresh garlic 3 cups nuts soy sauce, to taste sugar, to taste cracked pepper, to taste Preparation: Heat oil in large, nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Saute garlic until golden. Reduce heat to medium and stir in nuts. Toast and stir for five minutes. Drizzle soy sauce over nuts.
