Guest guest
To the dude who answered my ranting post about Svensk Pølseret: YES! The herb I am thinking off is Chives. DING DING DIMG you've won a prize! But is Chives actually a herb? When I hear the word herb, I automatically think of camomile and basil. Is chive a herb? On another note; I've been visiting some relatives this weekend. The had some meat thing (of course) and I ate potatoes, beans and mushrooms. My uncle had cooked some carrots JUST for me...I am SO spoiled... Anyway, he had put the carrots on the same plate as their steak-thing and couldn't understand why I declined the carrots. I had to say " No thank you " , " Thanks but no thanks " etc. 4 bloody (pardon the pun) times. Then he asked: Don't you like carrots? DUH I swear only meat eaters place carrots in meatsauce and wonder why a vegetarian wont eat it :-) SHEESH it felt good to get it all out Hope ya'll had a nice weekend. ===== I have a new e-mail address now, please update your address book with verdensdejligste " What are you afraid of? Guest guest
Sigh, I hear you so well! Yesterday, I was arranging a big weekend gathering where about half the people are vegetarians. The manager's comment? " Then let them eat vegetables. They don't need a special menu. " This is not encouraging. Guest guest
chives are considered an herb, but actually i think they're a member of the onion/shallot/garlic family. Megan
