Guest guest Posted November 19, 2003 Report Share Posted November 19, 2003 I've been told repeatedly by several dieticians that 2000 calories is the average male diet and that dropping weight meant moving to the 1500 - 1800 calorie level, with women ranging from 1250 - 1500. Hm.
