You put a small bowl of water in there and zap it, and the steam will

loosen things up, and when it dings you (carefully) wipe things down with

paper towels and some non-abrasive cleaner, making sure to get the residue

out of there before using again.

Well, I like PT's solution. lol

One I've used is to cut a lemon in half, put it in the micro, and cook it for

about 5 minutes. Let sit about 10 minutes, then you can wipe out with their

*clean* shirts. Smell nice.
