Guest guest Posted November 3, 2003 Report Share Posted November 3, 2003 Other than the meat, almost everything in the traditional Thanksgiving Day meal is vegetarian and can easily be made Vegan. (Substitute soy milk for regular in the mashed potatoes, for instance.) You might consider a casserole of some sort with small chunks of veggie bacon or even spicy chik-patty crumbled into it.
