Guest guest
Tofurky is good, comes with both white meat and a couple tempei dark meat items in drumstick shape. They also supply a seitan " wishbone " which is rather like turkey jerky that you can snap. lol Their gravy is good. My wife's pumpkin gravy is canned pumpkin flavored with what ever spices you like, from Vegan worcestershire sauce to some basil and black pepper and salt and so on. Here is what she responded when I asked her for the stuffing balls recipe: I don't use recipes. Basically you take dried out bread, make crumbs. Add some chopped onions, celery, and black pepper. Then you cook some canned pumpkin, water to thin, and soy sauce. Combine wet and dry until it's sticky and bake at 425 until heated through, maybe 20 minutes. I couldn't tell you measurements though, as I don't cook that way--I'm an artist after all and that would be like painting by numbers LOL.
