Details, details PLEASE!! What do they use as topping? It is

cheeseless or just reg mozarrella? Like Shawn, I'd also like to know

if it's a reg dough or more chapati-like.

Just off-hand if I had to guess the spices they use on it..cumin,

chili powder, tumeric, garam masala, coriander powder, maybe some

fennel seeds. Are these the flavors you detect or is there some

mystery spice ya just can't get your finger on?

They use a regular mozza topping, since much of their orders are more

traditional. It works better than I thought, but I feel it doesn't add much.

Ever wonder why you see Indians buying gallons of milk? It's to make a cheese

curd called paneer. It's milk that has been heated, and has a culture added,

and poured into a pan. When cool, it's cut into squares or slices. It has a

smooth, creamy texture and taste unlike anything we have, and is wonderful in

hot, spicy dishes. I have seen pizzas made with paneer, onion, garlic, ginger,

and chili peppers. Can't you just taste that on your quivering tongue?

Pretty traditional pizza crust, but chapati would be great for doing at home.

Could be. I recognize cumin and coriander. And a good hit of chili peppers.

It is in a spicy tomato sauce, so a little hard to identify.
