I make burritos with it, with Vegetarian refried beans, diced tomatoes, avocado and sprouts. Yummy! Definitely one of the better meat analogs out there. Speaking of meat analogs, I had Gardenburger Riblets for dinner last night with some brown and wild rice pilaf, and my omni co-workers were all jealous. Great dinner, and so " meaty " it was almost freaky. Riblets are pretty expensive, but it's a nice splurge item once in awhile. Guest guest
I dont know if I said this before but the reason soyrizo is so good is cause its made by el burrito an actual mexican food company best known for their fresh salsas as opposed to some health food company trying to make something taste mexican.
