Guest guest
This is a great recipe to use during the peak corn-on-the-cob season. But it also is a wonderful way to dress up the ears of corn you might buy in the freezer section. Herb-Buttered Corn 1/2 cup margarine, softened 1 tsp dried minced chives 1 tsp dill weed 1 Tbs minced fresh parsley 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp salt Dash of garlic powder Dash of cayenne pepper 10 ears of fresh corn, husked and cooked In a bowl, combine forst eith ingredients; mix well. Spread over each ear of corn. Yield: 10 servings ~ pt ~ The very least you can do in your life is to figure out what you hope for.Ê And the most you can do is live inside that hope. ~ Barbara Kingsolver
