Soy Butter

Hey Y'all

 

My husband brought over some " Veggie Butter " (the brand name). And

personally I thought the taste was well.... " yuck " . Does anybody know of any

soy

butter's or butters that don't contain cow....that taste similar to " traditional

butter " .

 

Also I was wondering if people knew which of the commercial soy milks had the

least " beanie " taste?? I have been using Soy Milk for a while in cereal

(which fortunately was a real good simple transition for myself and the family),

but recently started to experiment with it in cooking. So far I have

definitely tasted the soy milk in the dishes which overpowered some of the

recipes, in

my opinion. So if you would, please let me know which one works for you in

cooking.
