My paternal grandparents did it to a puppy, I cannot recall the breed. I've no idea what the hell is wrong with people. Oh, and my wife and I had to fight tooth-and-nail, down to standing 24 hour guard, on our newborns to prevent circumcision, which they were determined to give us whether we wanted it or not. The $2000 per procedure seemed much more important than anything silly like parental wishes.
