This sounds yummy. I do a simpler version, using just brown sugar and plain

yogurt. Just mix and let sit a bit. Proportions are about 2 tablespoons brown

sugar to about 3/4 cup yogurt. This is also really nice with fresh cut up

fruits mixed in.

[recipe] Creamy Caramel Dip

Here is a yummy fruit dip, or rather a dip for fresh

fruit, that my daughter wants me to fix for her sleepover

party gang.

Creamy Caramel Dip

1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp lemon juice

1 cup cold milk

1 package (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

Assorted fresh fruit

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar

until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice,

milk and pudding mix, beating well after each addition.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip for fruit.

Yield: 3 1/2 cups
