Guest guest
I've done Art of Living course in the past which included vegetarian meals and it's worth it. If one can actually manage to make it a part of daily/weekly routine, even better! Any of our fellow vegetarians into hiking/trekking? Is there a vegetarain hikers group? I'm putting together a trip, please let me know if anyone has done Beijing to Lhasa by train. I have the info on logistics, just looking for first-hand experience person who has done it. Thanks. It also had some practical techniques taught to handle complex life situations. After this part-time 5-day program which took ~20hours of my life in all, I felt as if I got back control of the rest of my life. Their claims did feel close to the truth. Have a look at the video: http://www.youtube. com/watch? v=UEdiWh1qhtc Check this out, I am sure everyone dealing with the various stresses in life in the present situations can benefit a ton from this program..
