The Kosher Omnivore's Dilemma: Judaism and Vegetarianism

Hello! Tomorrow at noon, there will be a discussion about Judaism and

vegetarianism at Stanford Hillel. Here is the announcement that Mychal Copeland,

the Rabbi and Hillel, sent me:

I wanted to make sure this group knew that I'm teaching a session on

vegetarianism and Judaism tomorrow, Wed. Jan.27th at noon at Hillel, corner of

Campus Drive and Mayfield Avenue, over lunch. Of course, vegetarian and vegan

food will be served! It's part of a weekly class on Judaism and Food, addressing

issues of ethical consumption, spiritual eating, labor and animal rights.

I hope to see you there.

Simon
