Thanks to Kansinee Adsanatham for alerting us to this in a Facebook posting.

 

This New York Times article describes the author's taste test of two batches of

oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that the author baked -- one using eggs, and the

other using ground flax seeds in place of the eggs.
