Potluck Guidelines: Each person should bring a prepared Vegetarian (plant-based and non-dairy items preferred) or Raw/Living Foods appetizer, entrée, or dessert to feed 8-10 persons or pay $8. In addition, $3 donation per person to cover extra costs is appreciated. Randy & Nancy Wilson are co-founders of " Long Live You! " They have chosen a vegetarian lifestyle emphasizing raw, living foods for their family and have sought to build a community of like minded health conscious families to join the crusade of reducing toxic foods in their diet and incorporating organic, nutrient rich foods, clean water, and clean air in their lifestyle. Recently, they have been committed to exposing the careless practices of the food industry and certain governmental entities that are exploiting and controlling our sustainable resources, producing life threatening foods and pharmaceuticals (especially targeted at children) and irreversibly damaging the earth's elements that give us life: air, water, food. Their goal is to change the way people think and help them take responsibility for their own health. Randy and Nancy are on a crusade to make the world a healthier place and humans a healthier race. (help the bicycle industry not the car industry) It was very clear American Auto makers were making inefficient SUVs/CARs that ONLY the American Market wanted. Everyone knew it, but profits speaks louder than words and/or reason. There's too many greedy people in this world. Why not make closed automobile plants into bicycle making plants. == Best Bicycle Event in SF www.sundaystreetssf.com <http://www.sundaystreetssf.com/> Next bike ride 24th street in the Mission will be closed
