[SouthBayVeggies] seeking private or public cooking classes

At the event at Stanford last night, I found out that the Hare

Krishna group offers free vegan cooking classes every Tues. night at

Bechtel Intl. Center. One dish is cooked, and it starts AFAIK at 6.30

pm.

 

Last night's menu (because it was in conjunction with a film screening)

was more elaborate:

Vegan Eggplant Parmesan, Pumpkin Gnocchi,

Pumpkin Soup, Salad with Roasted Red Pepper Sunflower dressing, Bread

and vegan Tiramisu. Pictures at

I am looking for VEGETARIAN, or PESCATARIAN cooking classes for 2. I

searched on and didn't come up with anything in the area.. I'm

am up for going to a school, or hiring someone privately. You can

give me the list of what groceries to acquire or bring them and I

will compesate for them.

Please email me with any information relating to vegetarian cooking

classes. If you propose private lessons, please describe your

background in vegetarian cooking, or otherwise, what your fees

entail, etc.
