Guest guest
M.S. quoted that Frugal Foodies, might be a cooking class, ...no,, it's a bunch of 7-14 potential friends cooking together in a regular household kitchen (and having a good time) Most likely it's crowded and friends are bumping into each other trying to use a 4 burner stove. I personally don't mind the inconvenience and appreciate someone opening their home to strangers who might become new friends. Definately the more you cook and more you will learn... == I've been to the Berkeley event for over 3 years and gained ONE super close friend-Andrea from Berkeley. There's usually more women than men at the event. Wine is usually served while you cook... I am the one that usually washes the piles and piles of dishes before the dishes get to be a big mountain. Because of this sacrifice, I usually don't have time to chat with other fellow cooks. The good thing about this, cleanup is a lot quicker for everyone.. At my last South Bay Frugal Foodies, We had delicious Indian food.... and thanks to the host, she was really a super nice person http://www.frugalfoodies.com/ if you are a vegan, pls make sure you get hold of the host/recipe directly so you can eat at times, the word doesn't get passed to the proper person we eventually eat around 8:30pm (late for me!) sign, Sunny wanted: used OIL that fried a Thanksgiving Turkey. It will be used to power a Diesel car. " How's It's Made " - Hot Dogs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhwXPsTaRgc
