looking for a room

I would like to find a room for rent somewhere in the south bay asap.  I am

taking the year off from full-time teaching, and am working in various ways

within the field of education most often in San Jose and Livermore. 

A move back to San Jose is what I have in mind, but close proximity is also a

possibility. 

  

Ideally, I am hoping to get lucky and find somewhere before February 1st, but

certainly soon thereafter. 

If need be, the end of February could work, too. 

 

I am currently on a lease, and prefer another such situation, but feel free to

reply if the situation is otherwise as well. 

Timing is of the essence for this one. 

 

I am employed, kind, very busy (therefore likely to be home less often), and a

respectful vegan.
