(we usually get bargan barta(eggplant mush) mmm.. and saag paneer.. the place we went to serves it with potato! (say vagan?? or less fatning) . (spinach and potato ..instead of spinach w/ fried cheese.. so that was cool(another time) (it is not a vegetarian restaurant!!)(so i am not saying where i went to) but these recipes are. Ali gobi is also also VERY very easy to make.. I can make it you can to. If someone wants to email me a recipe for the moroccan stew that would awsome!
