January book discussion: The Way We Eat

Start the year with a book discussion on Friday, January 5, 2007, where Peter

Singer's The Way We Eat: Why Our Food Choices Matter will be the topic.

Location is in West San Jose in a private home with no pets. Host: Paula at

PRochelle1.

 

Gather between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. Vegan stone soup will be on. We'll eat at 7,

so plan to bring something that will cook by 7:00. If you plan to arrive at

7, bring veggies or greens for salad. Dessert will be provided. Bring a

beverage of choice, with extra to share. All veg*ns and friends are welcome and

the

food will be vegan. RSVP to Paula.

 

Discussion will start at 8 PM and formally end at 10 PM although informal

discussions might end much later.
