November Vegan Baking Class

Hi Everyone,

This month's Vegan Baking Class is just in time for the holidays. Impress

all your guests with three fantastic pies (vegan or otherwise). You will

learn how to create a perfect, flaky pie crust and three great pie fillings:

pumpkin, pecan, and apple. In addition, everyone will receive a recipe for

coconut whipped cream.

We are proud to announce that Sur La Table has agreed to have us back for

another class.

The October class at Sur La Table drew a large crowd & was a great success.

Finally vegan baking is coming into the 21st Century. Please join me and

BAVeg on Sat, Nov 18 to prove to Sur La Table once again that vegan baking

and cooking should be supported by upscale businesses. Take care and I look

forward to seeing you there. ----Christine.
