Impress all your guests with three fantastic pies (vegan or otherwise). You will learn how to create a perfect, flaky pie crust and three great pie fillings: pumpkin, pecan, and apple. In addition, everyone will receive a recipe for coconut whipped cream. We are proud to announce that Sur La Table has agreed to have us back for another class. The October class at Sur La Table drew a large crowd & was a great success. Finally vegan baking is coming into the 21st Century.
